We are thrilled to express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication and commitment to VelocityAP.  Your support has been instrumental in our journey.  We have released a lot of new products in the last year, so in case missed one or two of these, we’re providing a highlighted list of select new products below. Bear in mind, these are just a percentage of our new items from 2024.

Our Team had a ton of fun putting these together for you, and we hope they provide you with as much enjoyment from modifying your vehicle as we had creating them.

Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica 2021+ Progressive Rate Lowering Springs

VelocityAP springs use exclusively high-quality, high-stress X5K spring steel. Although considerably more expensive than regular steel, this new-generation steel allows us to further improve upon the original Lamborghini spring design by reducing the amount of steel required in a spring. VelocityAP springs are therefore substantially lighter (by approximately 30%) and reduce the solid height, therefore increasing travel. X5K spring steel is used in almost all top levels of motorsport, giving a hugely successful endorsement of its characteristics and proven durability.

Jaguar F-Type 5.0 V8 TVS2300 Supercharger Kit

VelocityAP has been committed for over a decade to pushing the performance envelope for Jaguar & Land Rover supercharged vehicles.  Much of the R&D and learning we have accomplished has been unseen, with lots of dead ends and pivots.  However much of our investment, such as our proprietary datalogging system and comprehensive testing program has paid dividends.  Our location in Canada’s only desert environment has allowed us to test and log critical parameters in extreme temperatures in excess of 43 degrees C/110 Fahrenheit.  Several key ancillary items and areas were identified which required upgrading and altering in order to produce significant power gains and to do so reliably and effectively.

Cooling:

On supercharged applications, effective management of intake air temperatures is critical.  Our team found that it was not possible to effectively manage intake air temperatures without supplemental cooling.  Our full Carbon Fiber intake system not only dramatically increases cross sectional volume, but also includes provisions for water-methanol injection ports to reduce charged air temperatures.

Our intake is supplemented with a full water methanol injection system, with all the necessary fittings, tank, pump & check valves.  This system proved its worth during testing, generating repeatable numbers back to back to back.

Fuel Supply:

While the V6 supercharged engines share a fuel system with the 5.0 V8, and have ample headroom for additional flow, the V8 bumps into fuel supply issues with the 2300.  Pre-Flexray vehicles will be supplied with upgraded fuel pump drivers to increase fuel flow.

Supercharger Drive:

The OEM tensioner layout leaves a lot to be desired.  Even completely unmodified vehicles can see belt slippage, premature belt wear, and belts contacting the tensioner body.  Increasing the supercharger drive rate or size exacerbates this problem, and is critical to achieving the performance targets for the TVS 2300.  Our kit includes an upgraded belt tensioner, to allow the extra load transmission.

VelocityAP’s Symposer Delete Kit allows you to remove the factory symposer, which pipes synthetic engine noise into the cabin. Removing the symposer produces a more natural engine sound, which many enthusiasts prefer.

Some people wonder why you might lower an SUV, but for those of us who’s FPace SVR is more of an everyday practical sport crossover, a little more aggressive stance is a welcome addition.

McLaren GT 300 Cell Euro 6 Ultra-High Temp Sport Catalyst Pipes

 

Made with our  Ultra-High Temp 300 Cell Euro 6 Compliant Core. These cores were tested extensively on the GT and found to be emissions compliant. A great choice for those who aren’t ready for ECU Tuning just yet, or who wish to retain some fuel smell scrubbing.

On the GT as with all McLarens, the OEM cats are placed under enormous heat & vibration stresses.  Our development vehicle was already experiencing core separation at just 8000kms.  Our design has removed the primary location which is closest to the turbos and under the highest stress, and located the core in the secondary location further downstream for maximum durability.

2018+ Aston Martin 2-Piece Girodisc/VAP Lightweight Brake Rotors Rear (Pair)

Co-developed by Velocity Automotive Performance and Girodisc, this set of 2 brake rotors bolts straight onto any ‘New’ Vantage 2018-on fitted with the standard steel brakes.   VelocityAP has teamed up with legendary brake manufacturer Girodisc to bring you high quality made in the USA parts, saving weight from the Co-Cast equipped cars, and saving money compared to 2-piece OEM rotors.  This affects all aspects of performance – ride quality, braking, acceleration.

McLaren 765LT XPipe Muffler Delete Exhaust

Our Race XPipe Muffler delete give the 765LT an absolutely awe inspiring race sound, unleashing the ultimate howl from this Indycar derived twin turbo V8 engine. Without the addition of an XPipe, the Mclaren Engines can sound a bit ‘Flat’, but this introduces more exotic sounding tones to the exhaust note that many owners are looking for. Pops, Crackles and pure raw engine sound. More Smiles Per Mile!

Lamborghini Huracan Evo, STO, Sterrato & Tecnica Race XPipe Exhaust

The Lamborghini Huracan Evo, Tecnica, & STO will go down as the ultimate iterations of an ERA.  What comes next will not have the same force & smile factor as a large displacement, normally aspirated V10.  The Huracan is a fantastically capable exotic, but the V10 needs to sing!!! Velocity Automotive Performance hand-builds this exhaust in Canada, with our signature ‘Race’ Xpipe sound level. Specially designed to produce a spine tingling high-pitched howl with valves open, but a quiet, smooth and understated sound when in the closed position.
