HERE’S YOUR FIRST LOOK @YERRRS5’s Audi RS5

After one glance at @YERRRS5’s Audi, It’s no surprise that our friend is all about the speed & style. It’s been well over a year since Olive has installed her new VAP Exhaust & Tune, so we thought it may be a good idea to catch up with her & see how she’s enjoying the ride!

We asked her some simple questions to get her take on things :

1) So, first off could you label the year, model & make of your car?
I’d also like to hear the story behind obtaining your car, & how your driving experience was?

This is what our friend, Olive had to say:

” I have a 2013 Audi RS5, when I was ready to get a car there were a few things in the market I was interested in – An M3 or maybe a C63. The more I looked into the RS5 the more I fell in love with it, it’s not a car you see very often on the roads and the sound is unbeatable. When I test drove the RS5 I instantly fell in love with the way it drove and the downshifts were just mesmerizing and knew that this was going to be me. 

I knew getting the RS5 my power potential was capped on this NA V8 platform so I knew majority of my mods were going to be cosmetic. My mantra for the build always was OEM+ I never wanted to take away from what the car was meant to look like but just enhance it. This applied to the exhaust as well.

I was shopping around for exhausts for the RS5 and didn’t really find one that enhanced what the car naturally sounds like, I shopped around and found a video of a rs5 with a VelocityAP exhaust and fell in love with the fact that the exhaust was valved, which was a non negotiable for me but I loved the fact that it didn’t mask or make the V8 sound shrill it just gave it this deep rumble.

My experience was VAP was unbeatable, from the initial purchase to the install, the VAP team was super responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process.

My overall driving experience is unbeatable! Every time I drive my car and I hear it start, it feels like the first time I drove my car. The downshifts are not something that can be replicated and it just puts the biggest smile on my face! “
